Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
This policy operates in conjunction with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your entitlement to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or defective goods.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it

It must be unused, unworn, and uninstalled, with no signs of damage caused during installation or use

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item meets the above conditions.

- For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

For faulty, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged in transit

You received the wrong item
We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom or special-order products

Personal care items (e.g. grooming or hygiene items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards
Please note: Sale items can be returned if they are faulty or defective, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest method is to:

Request a return for the original item

Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will:

Inspect the item

Notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined
If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
