Shipping Policy

At Integrated Vehicle Solutions (IVS), we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on a business day are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00pm AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During busy periods or if stock or payment verification issues arise, processing times may extend slightly. If we expect a significant delay, we’ll notify you promptly via email.

Pre-Order Items

  • Some products are available on a pre-order basis.

  • Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes for pre-orders are clearly displayed on the product page and/or at checkout.

  • Pre-order dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier or freight delays. If the expected date changes, we will notify you.

  • Same-day dispatch cut-offs do not apply to pre-order items.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship from Melbourne, VIC using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, public holidays, carrier schedules, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your location and parcel size.

Shipping to New Zealand

  • We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

  • Delivery times and rates for New Zealand orders are displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos (where applicable).
We will resolve the issue quickly in line with our Returns Policy and consumer law obligations.
